Trying to assemble your Proform Hybrid Trainer elliptical? Confused by all the different parts?

Here’s a great video I found helping you to assemble the Proform Hybrid Trainer step by step.

Note that this assembly video is for the newer 2015-2017 model (seen at the start of this post), not the older 2014 model (which you can still find kicking around in some stores and is not recommended).

It is also not for the Proform Hybrid Trainer PRO elliptical. However you may get some good tips for the Pro model from watching this video as well.
