The Proform 920E is designed for regular home use – but it’s not a commercial grade machine like Proform’s Pro series. It’s a very strong starter elliptical – but it doesn’t have the construction of, say, the Proform Pro 12.9.
For example, you get a 25 pound flywheel with this trainer – vs a 32 pound flywheel on the Pro 12.9 model.
Overall, it should be fine for most people – but if you plan on really heavy use of your elliptical, you may want to step it up to the Proform Pro 12.9 or Pro 16.9 models.
